I’m Vthatguy, a genre-defying musician, songwriter, and producer dedicated to crafting immersive soundscapes that resonate with listeners around the world. From the very first note I played as a child, I knew music would become the heartbeat of my life. Today, I blend elements of R&B, soul, electronic, and indie-pop to tell stories that feel both intimate and universal.

My Musical Journey
I grew up surrounded by vinyl records and concerts. Early on, I experimented with chord progressions, electronic synths, and soulful vocal runs. By high school, I was writing original material and performing in local events. Over the years, I’ve honed my craft in studios, on stages, and in intimate living-room performances—always striving to create honest, genre-defying songs that connect with listeners around the world. After studying Music Production at William Paterson University and receiving by Bachelor’s degree in Music,  I decided to dedicate myself fully to my art.

What Drives Me
At the core of my work is a commitment to authenticity. I want every note, every lyric, and every beat to feel true to who I am—and to resonate with listeners on a personal level. Whether I’m exploring themes of love, self-discovery, or resilience, my goal is always the same: to forge genuine connections through sound.
